Finisher is a triathlon analytics app that displays and analyses publicly available race results from IRONMAN and 70.3 events. Finisher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to IRONMAN, the World Triathlon Corporation, or any race organisation.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Finisher. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Finisher offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription ("Finisher Premium"). Free features are available without payment. Premium features require an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions are subject to the platform's own terms and refund policies.
All race results displayed in Finisher are sourced from publicly available timing data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any race result. Do not use Finisher data as the sole basis for medical, training, or competitive decisions.

The Finisher name, logo, design, and original content are owned by us. Race result data remains the property of the respective event organisers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to our intellectual property.
Finisher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any data displayed is accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Finisher, including loss of data or loss of training performance.
We may update or discontinue any feature of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
