Frequently asked questions

My result is missing or incorrect. What can I do?

Race results in Finisher come from official timing providers. If your result is missing, it may not yet be available in the source data — results are typically updated within a week of the event. If your result is incorrect, contact us with your name, race, and bib number and we'll investigate.

I want my name removed from Finisher.

We respect your right to data removal. Email us with your name and we will remove your results from the app within 14 days.

When will the app be available?

Finisher is coming soon to iOS and Android. Sign up on the home page to be notified the moment it launches.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and cancel the Finisher Premium subscription from there.

Which races does Finisher cover?

Finisher covers IRONMAN Full (140.6) and IRONMAN 70.3 events worldwide. Results are updated weekly as official data becomes available.
